The idea that there is no such thing as rock bottom is quite contrary to the way we experience life. We all know that there is a point in our lives where we feel like we have nothing left to lose. There are times when we feel like we cannot be hurt any more. These are the times when people sink themselves.

They commit suicide, cut themselves or do something else that they think will solve their problem. However, the pain never goes away and they often face even more hurt than before. Instead of getting up and destroying their life further, they should instead be using this time to heal themselves and rise again stronger than ever.
